1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the website www.madeinwonderland.dk and the interior design and production services provided by Made in Wonderland (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Our Services
Wonderland provides interior design, creative direction, spatial design, custom production, and related services for residential and commercial clients.
The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing of each project will be agreed upon in writing (e.g. proposal, quotation, or contract) before work begins.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timeline and successful delivery, the client agrees to:
- Provide accurate information, measurements, approvals, and materials when required
- Respond to feedback and approval requests within a reasonable timeframe
- Ensure access to project locations when applicable
Delays caused by missing information or late approvals may affect timelines and costs.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are provided in DKK unless otherwise stated and may be subject to VAT
- Quotes are valid for a limited period as stated in the proposal
- A deposit may be required before work begins
- Final files, designs, or production delivery may be withheld until full payment is received
Late payments may incur reminder fees and interest in accordance with Danish law.
5. Changes, Revisions & Additional Work
Any changes to the agreed scope, including additional design revisions, production changes, or new requests, may be treated as additional work and billed separately.
We will inform the client before proceeding with work outside the original agreement.
6. Production & Third Parties
Where production, manufacturing, suppliers, or contractors are involved:
- We act as a creative and project partner, not as the manufacturer unless explicitly agreed
- Lead times, materials, and availability depend on third-party suppliers
- We are not responsible for delays or defects caused by third parties beyond our control
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- All concepts, designs, drawings, and materials remain the property of Wonderland until full payment is received
- Upon full payment, the client receives the right to use the final agreed design for its intended purpose
- We retain the right to showcase completed projects (including photographs) for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes
8. Cancellations & Termination
If a project is cancelled by the client:
- Work completed up to the cancellation date must be paid for. There will be no discount.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed
We reserve the right to terminate a project if payments are not made or if cooperation becomes unreasonably difficult.
9. Limitation of Liability
Wonderland is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from misuse of designs or installations
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. No Guarantee of Results
While we strive for high-quality design and production outcomes, we do not guarantee specific commercial, financial, or aesthetic results beyond the agreed deliverables.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during a project private, unless disclosure is required by law or agreed otherwise.
